Exchange Policy

 

  • Only unused and unwashed products with original packaging are accepted for returns.
  • No refunds and exchanges are processed if customer informs us 10 days after delivery is made.
  • Each order comes with a Packaging slip and a courier slip, both slips are necessary to start a case.
  • It is recommended to record a video while you open the shipment in order to resolve any issues caused by third party logistics.
